The school is a Co-Ed Catholic Primary School committed to child-centred education. St Canice’s School is situated on the Granges Rd, in Kilkenny city. It is the largest school in County Kilkenny catering for over 650 pupils. “Proud as we are of our participation and achievements in academic, sporting, musical and pastoral areas, it is in the day to day commitment, dedication and effort of the school community that the strong foundations of the school are laid. These strong foundations allow us to be forward thinking and inclusive and to strive for excellence in all that we undertake. In doing so, we seek to foster high standards and respect for others in all our community so that we may treasure the children in our care and look forward to seeing the adults that they may become.”
